ITT Flygt’s FPC100, pump control without the need for level sensors

29.11.2000 -

ITT Flygt has released its latest controller, the FPC100, to compliment their Bibo and Ready ranges of drainage pumps. It is designed to control pumps in harsh or cramped conditions where level sensors are impracticable and where it is common practice to leave pumps unattended and running continuously. The new controller has the ability to calculate the optimal pumping cycle, resulting in less wear on parts and reduced power consumption; considerably extending a pump’s life expectancy.

ITT Flygt: A New Millennium, a New Generation of N-pumps

06.10.2000 -

1999 saw the global launch of ITT Flygt’s N-pump. 2000 sees the launch of the New Generation N-pumps. They have been specially designed for more efficient, reliable and trouble-free pumping over long duty periods, than any other wastewater-handling submersible. The new pumps build on the successes achieved by the company with its patented N technology

ITT Flygt won its fourth international award yesterday for the N-pump, at Aquatech Amsterdam 2000.

Aquatech Amsterdam 2000, with over 740 companies exhibiting, is Europe’s largest environmental trade fair. Held in the picturesque Dutch capitol, this year the focus was on integrated water management, and the way in which the borders between management of drinking water, wastewater and industrial water are fading, resulting in companies and organisations looking for total solutions that cross these sectors.
